Eric Jordan Subido, M.A., LMFT-LP, is a mental health practitioner and therapeutic coach with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across clinical, educational, nonprofit, and workplace settings. At Intent Clinical, Eric provides personalized coaching and consultation with a focus on helping clients build emotional resilience, manage workplace stress, and achieve balance in both personal and professional spheres.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. He is a certified yoga instructor and holds certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace. He is a Marriage and Family Therapy Limited Permit holder (LMFT-LP), with additional training in trauma-informed care, addiction and recovery, and LGBTQ+ affirmative coaching.
Eric’s work integrates executive functioning support, mindfulness-based strategies, and holistic wellness practices. He specializes in workplace stress management, career development, navigating professional relationships, burnout prevention, and work-life balance. He brings a strong DEI&B lens to his work and is deeply committed to creating inclusive, identity-affirming spaces for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients.
At Intent Clinical, Eric offers therapeutic coaching, performance and wellness support, and clinical consultation. His collaborative, strengths-based approach helps clients identify barriers, develop sustainable strategies, and move toward their goals with clarity and confidence.
Outside of his professional work, Eric enjoys practicing yoga, exploring creative arts, and engaging in community-based wellness initiatives.
