Dana graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, majoring in political science and history and earned a master’s degree in public administration from American University in Washington, DC. Dana has an extensive background in account management with over 14 years of experience. She began her career in public health policy, having worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). In these roles, Dana focused most of her time managing relationships and driving policy and programming to achieve better mental and physical health outcomes for underserved communities. Dana is an active member of the Employee Assistance Professionals
Association (EAPA) and the National Association of Productivity & Organizing
(NAPO).

Dana has fostered client relationships and provided the consultation and thought leadership needed to move complex workplace and student mental health and wellness programs forward. She has experience supporting employers in a variety of sectors including law firms, commercial real estate, finance, government, education, manufacturing and non-profit. Dana is skilled at identifying the unique cultures of each organization and providing the best practices required to achieve a higher level of success in all programming.

Dana resides in Bucks County, PA, is a mother of three, avid reader, Orange Theory Fitness devotee, and a dedicated volunteer at HomeFront, a homeless family residence shelter in Ewing, New Jersey.
