Natalie Cohen

Director of Engagement

Natalie Cohen is the Director of Engagement at the Intent Clinical, having joined the team in March of 2020. In her current role, Natalie oversees the intake department, manages key referral relations, and enhances client satisfaction and experience. With over 10 years in the behavioral health field, Natalie has developed a keen understanding of the nuanced needs of individuals seeking mental health care and has cultivated a vast network of clinical resources to effectively support her clients.
Natalie believes deeply in the power of human connection—to others, to oneself, and to clinical resources that promote healing. She graduated from the University of Maine in Orono with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in Child and Family Relations. Prior to her current position, Natalie provided eating disorder coaching and case management for Intent Clinical clients. She also held roles in marketing, outreach, and intake at Walden Behavioral Care, a prominent eating disorder treatment center in Massachusetts.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys practicing yoga, exploring Boston’s vibrant restaurant scene, and doting on her Pomeranian mix, Bella.
