With advanced expertise in behavioral health services, complex clinical operations, and quality improvement, Janel excels in driving meaningful outcomes across various healthcare settings.

Janel has played a key role in helping clients achieve their treatment goals, while also connecting them to national resources to address social determinants of health that may impede progress. In addition to supporting public healthcare providers, Janel has extensive experience delivering mental health treatment to adults and children in private practice. She is highly skilled in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in treatment team reviews and care management rounds to enhance client advocacy, improve health outcomes, and close care gaps.

Janel also serves as a Qualified Supervisor, mentoring registered interns, and early-career clinicians to enhance their documentation practices, and providing guidance through clinical consultations. Outside of her professional life, Janel enjoys cooking and hosting family and friends at her home.
