Caroline O’Rourke, LMSW, began her career in client services at NBCUniversal, where she built a strong foundation in communication, relationship management, and partnership within the corporate space. Motivated to make a greater impact, she transitioned into the behavioral health field and earned her Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University, combining her interpersonal expertise with her commitment to improving access to high-quality mental health care.
Caroline’s experience spans inpatient psychiatric settings, tele-health platforms, and school-based programs throughout New York City. She has supported children, adolescents, and adults across varying levels of care, helping individuals and families navigate emotional challenges, systemic barriers, and care coordination needs. Her practice is rooted in creativity, empathy, and collaboration. Caroline takes a strengths-based and value-driven approach to help clients, families, and care teams identify goals, clarify needs, and build sustainable supports across environments. She is passionate about bridging gaps between clinical insight, organizational strategy, and human connection—ensuring each person feels seen, supported, and guided through their care journey. In addition to her professional work, Caroline serves on the Young Professionals Board atPartnership with Children, where she combines her passion for impact with her background in corporate partnership development to expand mental health resources for New York City youth.
