Isabelle O’Connell is a Business Development Associate at Intent Clinical. In this role, she develops strategic relationships with referral partners and employer organizations while strengthening ongoing collaborations across the firm’s trusted network. Isabelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Richmond. She joined Intent Clinical in September 2025 following her role as a Healthcare Senior Project Manager at a primary market research firm, where she gained deep experience in client engagement and project execution. Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys fitness, discovering new restaurants, and spending time outdoors.
