Engagement Associate

Zach Palmer, Engagement Associate at Intent Clinical, is responsible for ensuring that anyone seeking behavioral health care has their needs met in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner. Zach acts as the lead liaison for all incoming inquiries for care and works closely with the Director of Intake and team to determine the best fit of services upon intake with Intent Clinical.

Zach’s background spans various roles in the behavioral health space over the last decade including case management, curriculum development, training delivery/development, and recovery coaching of individuals and families. Prior to working in the mental health & substance abuse field, Zach was a high school business educator providing young adults with practical skills to start their journey into adulthood. His real passion lies in helping people get the support they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives.

In his non-working hours, Zach enjoys creating artwork, reading, playing basketball, and the great outdoors.
