As Behavioral Health Navigation Manager, Shelby Swartz brings more than 25 years of experience in mental health, addiction, and behavioral healthcare systems. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Pacific.
Shelby’s professional background includes work as a clinician, case manager, educational consultant, program director, outreach specialist, and private health advisor. She has supported individuals and families through foster care, adoption, substance use, and mental health challenges, giving her a broad and compassionate perspective on care coordination and support.
Known for her warm, collaborative approach, Shelby is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate behavioral healthcare and connect with the resources they need. Her work is grounded in empathy, expertise, and practical guidance.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and exploring the outdoors in Northern California.
