Shari Packer

Director of Aging Services

Shari began her career in care management, working closely with Holocaust Survivors to assess their needs and coordinate personalized care. Her dedication to serving vulnerable populations led her to a wide range of roles in hospice care, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Over the years, she has cultivated an expertise in geriatric care, grief and bereavement, and caregiver support. Shari’s work emphasizes the importance of integrating emotional and psychosocial support into the care process, ensuring that both aging individuals and their families receive compassionate, comprehensive guidance throughout the aging journey.

More recently, Shari has expanded her focus to broader aspects of healthcare, working with clients facing a variety of chronic and acute medical conditions, including Coronary Artery Disease, Osteoporosis, Chronic Kidney Disease, and Diabetes. Her clinical insight, combined with a person-centered approach, allows her to navigate complex health situations with empathy and precision. Central to her practice is the belief that building authentic relationships with clients is essential to understanding their needs and delivering effective, individualized care. Through trust and collaboration, Shari strives to elevate the standard of care for every individual she serves.
