Kelly Collier is an Employer Services Account Manager at Intent Clinical, joining the team December of 2024.
Kelly is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW); she received her graduate degree from Southern CT State University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Montana. She joined Intent Clinical after working for Child First and Head Start programs, where she advocated for families who experienced trauma and their right to receive compassionate, comprehensive support as they moved through their healing. Before entering the behavioral health field, Kelly had a background in human resources and recruitment for international NGOs.
Outside of work, Kelly devotes time as a parent cabinet member for the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood. She enjoys reading (she is currently on a historical fiction kick), playing sports with her two kids, and watching the Bills and Rangers.
