Kelly Cochrane serves as the HR Operations Manager at Intent Clinical, where she oversees various facets of employee experience management, including talent acquisition, payroll services, technical consulting, and employee relations. She additionally supports the operations team by ensuring smooth daily operations and handling administrative responsibilities. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Cal Poly Pomona and brings with her prior experience in Operations and Event Management. Outside of Intent Clinical, she enjoys spending time with her cats and has a passion for genealogy, cozy gaming, and cooking and eating food.
