Justine Padula, M. Ed. is the Director of Case Management Services at Intent Clinical. She completed her master’s at Simmons College and has accrued over fifteen years of experience working with individuals with behavioral and emotional challenges. She has vast experience with behavioral health issues, specializing in autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Justine has worked with individuals of all ages ranging from children, adolescents, up to aging adults. She has expertise in providing care in families’ homes, school settings, and in the community as a clients transition back from treatment. Justine has experience implementing the strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis, conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy modalities. She is passionate about supporting individuals in developing strategies and tools to manage daily living tasks, achieve their goals, and maintain healthy behavioral changes. In her personal time, Justine enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports, cooking, going to the beach, and traveling.
