Heather started her nursing career over 40 years ago as a charge nurse at New York Hospital (Westchester Division) located in White Plains, NY. She worked with psychiatric patients for 12 years. After staying home for a few years with her children, she returned to work as a Home care/Hospice nurse. That was over 20 years ago. Heather’s passion was “Aging in Place” back when you couldn’t Google that term. She saw the struggles families faced when navigating the healthcare system and the great need for care management. It was so natural for her to take on this role. Heather has been helping families, clients, and their loved ones for over 10 years by coordinating care, setting up services, and overseeing those services.
When not helping a family or client, you can find her somewhere in the middle of Long Island Sound racing her Laser (14ft sailboat) or at home with her rescue animals.
