Interventions

Professionally facilitated meetings that invite individuals to receive care, provide a template for family support, and define safe next steps.

our intervention process

An intervention is a professionally facilitated process that brings loved ones together in a structured, supportive conversation to encourage positive change. Our trained interventionists guide families through planning, communication, and next steps, with the goal of engaging the individual in appropriate treatment and ongoing care.

Intent Clinical gathers background information from referring clinicians, treatment providers, family members, and other involved parties to understand the full context. Using this information, we create a tailored intervention plan that considers clinical history, family dynamics, safety concerns, and logistical needs.

An intervention is often the first step in the stabilization or recovery process. Whether or not someone accepts help, families benefit from ongoing support and long-term structure. Many continue with case management, family coaching, monitoring, or therapeutic coaching to maintain momentum and clarity.

Assessment and Planning

We evaluate the situation, determine the best intervention model, gather background information, and create a tailored plan that aligns with clinical needs and family goals.

Preparation

We guide families through participant selection, letter writing, boundary setting, and choosing appropriate treatment options while coordinating all logistical planning.

Intervention and Follow-Up

We rehearse with participants, facilitate the intervention, and provide follow-up services such as transport, coaching, and case management regardless of whether help is accepted.
