In this week’s Collegial Conversation with Diana Clark, Diana is joined by Margaret Stone. Margaret Stone is the Director of Employer Services at O’Connor Professional Group and is also an executive and professional development coach. In her role as head of Employer Services, Margaret works closely with OPG’s corporate clients to provide holistic, agile, and real-time mental health and wellness solutions that foster workforce resilience, wellbeing, and engagement. Margaret joins Diana Clark to discuss how the transformation of workforce well-being can increase engagement and ultimately lead to a company’s success.

Margaret Stone is the Director of O’Connor Professional Group’s (OPG) Employer Services practice and is also an executive and professional development coach. In her role as head of Employer Services, Margaret works closely with OPG’s corporate clients to provide holistic, agile, and real-time mental health and wellness solutions that foster workforce resilience, wellbeing, and engagement. Margaret’s expertise is working with executives and high-performance individuals to create strategic programs that foster engagement, productivity and produce transformational change that improves overall mental health and well-being.

For more than 25 years, Margaret has provided executive search, coaching, performance leadership, and development services to professionals at every level and phase of their careers, including corporate executives, professional athletes, and individuals from high net-worth backgrounds. She is the founder and president of the Veterans Healing Initiative and a former board member of Caron Treatment Centers, New York. Margaret is a passionate advocate for suicide prevention with particular emphasis on teens and young adults and volunteers as support to families who have lost a loved one to suicide. She holds a BA in history and political science from Columbia University and Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University.
