Introducing Intent Clinical

new name, same clinical expertise

Introducing Intent Clinical, formerly O’Connor Professional Group. Our new name reflects the intention, intensity, and focus with which we approach our work. Since our inception, we have built a unique and pragmatic approach to treating ‘the system’ – addressing the true breadth of client’s needs that includes their families, advisors, and employers. By aligning and uniting support systems, we can provide expert and customizable client first solutions for longterm success.

Our Updated Approach

Truly treating the system requires that we address issues that go beyond addiction and mental health, and even beyond behavioral health navigation. Over the last decade, we’ve gradually expanded our client services portfolio to include coaching, aging, and neurodiversity challenges. We’ll be adding more services in short order, now even more focused on helping our clients and their families navigate all of life’s vicissitudes.

We’ve assembled the largest on-staff clinical services team in our industry, with over 400 clinicians nationally and internationally. In addition, we’ve built a complex network of providers and partners that allows us to provide highly customized care, rapidly and fluidly.

Staying true to our approach of treating the system, our Employer Services program allows us to leverage the full power of the organization to help participating employees through personal and organizational challenges, and help our plan sponsor partners with attraction, retention and engagement. Our services tackle issues that range from overall mental health, substance use, anxiety and burnout to isolation and loneliness, diversity and inclusion, as well as traumatic news events and social issues. With this program, we’re able to reach—and help—a wider audience.

The expanded scale that underpins our evolution into Intent Clinical has been fueled by our dedication to the highest degree of customization and personalization. We have developed stable solutions that can collectively address each of our client’s unique and complex needs— with intent.
