Her recently published book, Winter of the Wolf, is an exploration in grief, suicide, spiritualism, and Inuit culture. An environmentalist and award-winning author, Martha Handler, has brought together two important pieces of her life—the death of her best friend’s son and her work as president of the Wolf Conservation Center—to craft an empathetic and powerful story with undeniable messages.

Diana Clark, OPG’s Chief of Clinical Operations, and Martha Handler will discuss Martha’s personal connection to the book’s plot, the aftermath of death, sprituality, and moving from grief to gratitude.
