Intent Clinical Appoints Dennis Wright as Chief Operating Officer

Boston, MA — August, 2026  Intent Clinical, a leading provider of concierge-level behavioral health and family support services, today announced the appointment of Dennis Wright as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Wright will work closely with Founder and CEO Arden O’Connor to advance the company’s strategic priorities, strengthen its operational infrastructure, and support the continued growth of Intent Clinical’s high-touch model.

Wright brings more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading organizations across healthcare, wellness, and other complex service businesses. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with founders and executive teams as a strategic operating partner—helping translate vision into execution, build high-performing organizations, and create the infrastructure required for sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Intent Clinical, Wright served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Revive Health, where he held broad operational responsibility across a national platform. Previously, he held senior leadership roles spanning operations, finance, administration, and strategy, including leadership through significant organizational growth and acquisition. His experience includes full P&L responsibility, leading distributed teams of more than 200 employees, and helping organizations achieve significant revenue and margin growth.

“I’ve spent much of my career working alongside founders who have built something meaningful and then reached the point where the organization needs to evolve to support its next chapter,” said Wright. “What attracted me to Intent Clinical is the combination of an exceptional mission, a differentiated service model, and a company with significant opportunity ahead. Arden has built something remarkable, and I’m excited to help build the organization around it so we can extend its impact while preserving what makes the model so special.”

“Dennis brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and an understanding of what it takes to scale a high-touch organization without losing the human element,” said O’Connor. “As Intent Clinical continues to grow, his leadership will be instrumental in helping us build the infrastructure and capabilities to serve more individuals, families, and partners while maintaining the quality and personalized approach that defines our work.”

As COO, Wright will oversee the company’s operational strategy and execution while partnering with O’Connor and the leadership team on organizational priorities, growth strategy, and long-term development. His focus will include strengthening the systems, processes, and teams that support Intent Clinical’s continued expansion across its services and markets.

“I’ve always been drawn to businesses where the work matters deeply to the people being served,” Wright added. “Intent Clinical operates at an important intersection of expertise, trust, discretion, and human connection. The opportunity is to scale that impact thoughtfully—not simply to become larger, but to become better and more capable as we grow.”

Wright’s appointment marks an important step in Intent Clinical’s continued evolution as the company expands its capabilities and builds upon its position as a trusted resource for individuals, families, and the professional advisors who support them.
