Jennifer Sachs, VP of Employer Services, has over 15 years of experience in the mental health and healthcare sectors, spanning both the U.S. and the Middle East. She brings an extensive background in building and supporting sales and business development teams, working on projects ranging from green-field startups to global corporations. Jen’s passion for mental health and healthcare has propelled her career both physically and professionally. She began in New York City, managing a sales team in the plastic surgery industry, then moved to Dubai to work for LabCorp’s first international location, before establishing a business development team for a hospital owned by the Sheikh of Dubai.
As the daughter of a psychologist and a student of psychology, Jen has prioritized mental health from an early age. With a big, empathetic heart and a listening ear, she has been advocating for mental healthcare long before it became widely discussed. She currently resides in Baltimore, where she enjoys weightlifting and cycling through the countryside when she’s not spending time with her son. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration, from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
