In this week’s Collegial Conversations, Diana’s guest is Dr. Gwilym Roddick, the Founder, and Director of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy of Central and South Florida, PLLC. Dr. Roddick is an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies. With more than a decade of experience, he also serves as a clinician for the nonprofit Headstrong Project, which offers psychotherapy to post-911 veterans in individual and group settings. Today he and Diana talk about how and when to get help when you have a dual diagnosis.

BIO

Dr. Gwilym Roddick (he/him) is the Founder and Director of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy of Central & South Florida, PLLC, a pioneering multi-specialty group therapy practice specializing in CBT and related evidence-based therapies. Dr. Roddick has received graduate degrees from Columbia University (Masters) and Rutgers University (Doctorate). Dr. Roddick is a member of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT), the New York City Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Association (NYC-CBT), and the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). With ABCT, he has served for several years on the Public Education and Media Dissemination Committee. He is on the Board of Directors of OCD Central and South Florida.
In addition, Dr. Roddick maintains his over-decade-long practice in New York City and also serves as a clinician for the nonprofit Headstrong Project, providing both individual and group psychotherapy to Post 9/11 Veterans.
